Rental Guidelines
We have Hourly Rentals. Please call for pricing.
Daily Rentals: A daily rental is for 24 hours.
Rental Agreement: Rental Agreement are valid for 30 days.
Prices do not include tax
Vehicle must be returned during business hours to avoid being charged for an additional day.
Vehicles and prices subject to availability. There is a mileage restriction of 100 miles free per day, otherwise $0.15 per mile thereafter. You can purchase unlimited miles for $10.00 additional per day. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Price and availability subject to change without notice. All renters must be 21 years of age or older and pre-qualify for Toyota TRAC standards. Valid driver’s license (physical card required, no photos or copies allowed), major credit cards, and proof of current full-coverage insurance required (dealership does not offer or provide and type of rental insurance). Manhattan Beach Toyota rentals accept all major credit cards. No ATM or debit cards accepted.
If there are multiple drivers that will be driving the rental all individuals must all have full coverage insurance or in be on the same full ocverage insurance policy and must be present of time when signing the rental agreement. For rentals without a vehicle in service we must take payment up front for duration of rental.
Smoking, pets, removal of rental stickers and or excessive soiling of vehicles will be subject to a $150.00 charge. Please read the actual rental contract carefully for all rules and conditions. Prices are specific to Manhattan Beach Toyota Rentals only and all transactions and rental returns must occur at Manhattan Beach Toyota Rental Car during Rental Car Department hours unless authorized by Rental Car Department Manager. All rentals must also be returned to the rental agent only and not to anyone else at the dealership. Should the vehicle be returned without inspection and or after rental hours, regardless of whom it may be given to, the vehicle is not considered checked in and is subject to damages until signed off by TRAC associate post rental inspection.

Rent a Toyota is a vehicle rental program available only through Toyota dealers. Rent a Toyota was designed to assist dealers in offering quality, temporary transportation for their customers. Whether you need a service rental or an insurance replacement vehicle, Toyota has you covered. Retail rentals are also available for extended test-drives or special travel plans.

Can I rent a vehicle at one location and return it to another location?
At this time, the vehicle must be returned to the Rent a Toyota dealership where it was rented. Check with your Rent a Toyota dealer about off-site pickup services.
Can I rent any Toyota vehicle?
Participating Rent a Toyota dealers have a wide variety of the latest models available for rent. Please check with your local Rent a Toyota dealer for available models in your area.
Can I rent from any Toyota dealership?

Can I buy the vehicle I am renting?
Absolutely. Most Rent a Toyota vehicles are available to purchase after their short four-month in-service period. Please check with your dealer for details.
Can I take the vehicle I rented into Mexico or Canada?
Rent a Toyota vehicles are allowed in the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Rent a Toyota vehicles are not covered in Mexico.
Are there age restrictions on the person renting the Toyota?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a Toyota vehicle. Check with individual dealers for exact age requirements.
Are there any other restrictions?
You need a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your own name to rent a vehicle in the Rent a Toyota program. Proof of full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental vehicle will be required at the time of rental.
